Questions
Questions, answered clearly.
How much does it cost?
Our open-air photo booth is $125 an hour, prints add $50 an hour, and the Keepsake & Photo Booth with custom magnets and keychains is $300 an hour. The hourly rate is the same every day of the week with a two-hour minimum, prints apply to the full booking, and taxes and fees are included in every rate.
How does the keepsake booth work?
The keepsake booth includes digital photos, unlimited prints, and custom clear acrylic magnets and double-sided keychains made on site from a print of each shot ($300 per hour, two-hour minimum). There is no preset cap—because each keepsake takes a moment to assemble on site, the total number we make depends on your booking length and how often guests hop in the booth.
Where do you set up, and what space do you need?
We set up indoors or outdoors. All we need is a flat 10×10 ft space and a reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi or strong cell signal). Outdoor setups depend on surface and weather conditions.
Are you insured?
Yes. Buzz Booths is licensed and insured. COI (Certificate of Insurance) available upon request for resort and venue compliance.
Do you need Wi-Fi at the venue?
Yes. The booth needs internet for instant digital sharing and guest orders. If your venue's Wi-Fi or cell signal is spotty, let us know ahead of time so we can plan.
When is the balance due?
A 50% retainer holds your date, and the remaining balance is due seven days before your event (or at booking for events sooner than that).
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can pay over time with Klarna or Affirm at checkout, subject to their approval.
How long do we have access to our photos?
Every session includes a password-protected online gallery of all your photos, available for 30 days.
